The students of Burrell High School collectively got together on the breezy night of October 8th for a "Night at the Casino," which was this year's Homecoming Dance theme. Everyone dressed in their best attire as they enjoyed food and music. Many were caught between dancing or taking a chance at the many gambling games around the area in which they could win candy prizes. They took a chance on the featured Chuck-a-Luck game which was on loan from the Rusek family. The night ended at 10 PM. This was the first dance sponsored by the high school since before COVID, so it was just one way the high school is getting back to normal this year.
The cafeteria was beautifully decorated with the casino theme including a wonderful backdrop on the stage and oversized playing cards and centerpieces on the tables. Thanks to Student Government's dance committee and Advisors for the hard work and dedication for putting a fabulous night together. Thank you also to the teachers and staff who took time out of their busy schedules to help chaperone the dance.
From the perfect dress to the perfect bow tie, everyone was dressed to perfection. Click the arrows to see more pics!
