Prom

BEST DAY EVER! At last we got to see the light as we stepped onto the dance floor of Burrell High School's Junior & Senior Prom at Laube Hall in Freeport on May 3rd, 2024. Over 250 students and 17 chaperones were in attendance, making it the largest prom ever.  This was the The event featured floating lanterns and colors reminiscent of a Tangled fairytale. Hearts were filled with wonder and excitement as the golden glow of Rapunzel's hair shone in every corner of the room. Laughter mixed with music as students spun around the dance floor, creating a melody that even Pascal could dance to. This night students did not only attend prom; they embarked on a journey where every moment was laid on a canvas of memories. From the anticipation of finding the perfect dress to the joy of dancing the night away, prom was a whirlwind of emotions. Corsages and boutonnieres draped the night in elegance signifying a perfect crescendo to our high school symphony. Students celebrated their stories in a night of enchantment and embraced the magic that comes when one dares to let their dreams lead the way!
