Driving stories from permit to driving horror
Have you ever wondered who can drive and who can't? The Burrell Newspaper staff took a poll on Monday, March 11, to see who is waiting to drive, who can drive and who has had horror stories on the road.
91 students filled out the survey, and they did not disappoint with their responses. On average 42.9% of students have their Driver's License, 39.6% do not have anything at all, and 17.6% have their permits. Have you ever failed your Driver's test? 15.4% of Burrell students have failed their first test. Around 17.6% of students have gotten into a car accident. Freshman Ty Napier claims, "a crazy lady chased my car." See below for the torrid tale from Junior Cadence Guckert about her crazy crash. These are just two of the many driving horror stories Burrell students have shared with us.
Even though there are varying results about student driver's here at BHS, remember to drive safe, don't be distracted, and most of all enjoy the ride! Always be aware of the other drivers on the road because you are not the most dangerous driver on the road... or at least you shouldn't be!
Horror Stories
Junior Cadence Guckert has a horror story of her own. She just pulled into Ross Park Mall parking lot when a Bronco came flying at her head on. Needless to say, her car was totaled, but she was okay. We asked her about her experience and she said, "It was fun"!!
