Seniors of the Reading Railroad club pose before becoming scare house actors for the night!
To promote students to read, the Reading Railroad club throws a Halloween Read-a-thon for the elementary school every year. Although there was a low turnout this year, 175 kids, the read-a-thon was a blast for everyone. It has become a tradition for the seniors of Reading Railroad to hold a haunted house at the end of the candy trail. This year's theme for the haunted house was an abandoned morgue. The underclassmen brought classic Halloween stories to life in the 6 reading rooms by acting the stories out for the audience. Those who were not a part of a reading room or the haunted house handed out candy at each station for the students.
