Welcome to Veterinary Assistant Summer Camp 2021! Together, we will produce a fun and interactive camp focused on the care of our animal companions. Veterinary terminology, pharmacy terms, writing prescriptions, vital signs labs (pulse rate, respiration), and pet first aid are only a few of the skills we will develop as we explore the ever-changing and rewarding field of veterinary medicine. New this year are the exciting activities of making our own working microscopes, an egg dissection lab, and hatching/raising our own brine shrimp habitat. See you this summer!
