4‑H is America’s largest youth organization, reaching millions of kids across the country. It’s designed to give young people opportunities to “learn by doing” in areas like science, healthy living, agriculture, and citizenship. 

Students begin participating in 4‑H starting in 4th grade. This early exposure gives them a chance to explore new interests, practice public speaking, take part in projects, and build confidence in front of others. By starting young, students get comfortable with leadership roles and community involvement, which prepares them for success in middle school, high school, and beyond.
