Class Expectations
Students come prepared to learn and think with necessary class supplies, take responsibility for their work and actions, and are respectful.
About me
I have taught for sixteen years now, and nine of those years have been in English Language Arts and Reading. I was excited to make my way back to Social Studies three years ago. I always enjoyed being a student so becoming a teacher was a way for me to still be a lifelong learner.
My husband is a teacher and coach, and we have a son that will be in 7th grade this school year and a daughter that will begin third grade. Both kids keep us busy and entertained throughout the year.
My teaching goals are to guide and support your child in their learning. I ultimately want them to see the importance and value of being a lifelong learner.
