Brian Beeson

Mr. Beeson is entering his twenty-seventh year in education, and his eighth year with Burkburnett ISD as the Head Band Director and Fine Arts Director. He previously taught at Jacksboro, Windthorst, Bridgeport, and Seymour, as well as five years in Kansas public schools. He  has previously served at the ATSSB Region 7 Coordinator. A graduate of Girard (KS) High School, Brian received his Bachelor's of Music Education Degree from Pittsburg (KS) State University. He completed a Master's of Music Degree from West Texas A&M University in 2011. When not in his official capacity as band director, Mr. Beeson enjoys hunting, fishing, playing board games, and Professional Wrestling. He currently resides in Burkburnett with his wife, Whitney, a real estate agent, and daughter, Moira, who will be a Senior at Burkburnett High School.
