Facilitated the successful integration of Tenderloin AIDS Resource Center and Continuum, contributing to unified operations and services. Helped establish a full-time HR department, volunteer management systems, and community job training initiatives. Assisted in scaling from an $800k to $8M budget, supporting key functions including administration, IT, and health & safety. Contributed to the implementation of a comprehensive client services database to improve service delivery and data analytics.
