Below you will find the camp offerings located at Crossroads, Mt Washington, Old Mill, or Pleasant Grove Elementary Schools. Please be sure to note the exact school location of the camp for which you are registering, as our camps are held at different school sites. Each camp is scheduled for specific weeks (noted below) and will take place from 11:30-2:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during the week(s) it is scheduled. Students from all schools can attend a camp that is NOT in their region as long as they can provide their own transportation. If your child attends a school in this region and needs transportation to and from these sessions, please be sure to note this on your registration form.

Mallet Madness Camp
Mallet Madness Camp
Dates: June 15-17 Location: Old Mill Elem Camp Counselor: Hannah Gibson
Open to Grades 3-5 (Based on the 2020-2021 school year)
If your upper elementary aged-child likes to create, dance, and play music, this mini camp is perfect for them! We will use a popular children's book to make a music "play," complete with original songs and pieces. Each student will play instruments and make their own music. There will be a corresponding art project, too.
The same curriculum and activities will be used for each week, so only sign up for the week that best fits your schedule.

STEM camp will be packed with lots of science experiments and hands-on activities that cover science, technology, engineering and math. Please wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. We will be going outside for some activities.

Basics of Volleyball Camp
Basics of Volleyball Camp
Dates: June 22-24 Location: Mt. Washington Elem Camp Counselor: Julie Adams
Open to Grades 4-5 (Based on the 2020-2021 school year)
The participants will learn the basic skills of volleyball. These will include serving, hitting and passing. Along with gaining a better understanding of the rules and the game. Comfortable athletic shoes should be worn. You'll also need a water bottle.

Open to Grades 4-5 (Based on the 2020-2021 school year)
Learn the basics of cross stitch from embroidery floss to needles, fabric to reading patterns. We will create a cross stitch piece using a kit and even discuss how to create our own patterns and designs!

Progress to track basics and then Mindfulness Strategies using MindUP curriculum-- MindUP is the signature program based firmly in neuroscience, MindUP gives children the knowledge and tools they need to manage stress, regulate emotions and face the challenges of the 21st century with optimism, resilience and compassion.
