Becoming a Google certified educator is a great way to help learn the platform in a little bit deeper detail. I had been using the G Suite products (or as they were then known, Google Apps for Education) for years before taking my Level 1 certification test, and the training I went through before the test exposed me to some hidden gems, or deep cuts, in the Google world.

Google offers various levels of certification for educators, and there is a certification test associated with each level. Better yet, Google offers a free, online training program for each of the levels. You can find the Training Center via this link. Again, even if you don't take the exam, the skills you learn throughout the training program are quite valuable.

If you are interested in testing for a Google certification level, please feel free to reach out to me. As a Google for Education Certified Trainer, I would be happy to help you prepare in any way I can.
