Lost & Found

BSJ Property Services monitors and organises all Lost and Found items found on campus. Items are cleaned as needed, separated and allocated to the two pick-up points listed below.

Over 300 student items are turned into Lost and Found per month. Many items are turned in without name tags or other identifiers. We encourage families to add stickers or labels with student names on school uniforms, water bottles, food containers and other items used on campus.

Pick-Up Locations and Times for Parents

For General Items (BSJ uniforms, clothing, food containers and water bottles, shoes, etc)

• Found in Primary- delivered to Primary Lost & Found at Primary Reception

• Found in Secondary- delivered to the Secondary Lost & Found at the Sports Hall Corridor (Ground Floor, adjacent to the Sports Hall)

• Found in “Whole School” - delivered to Secondary Lost & Found at the Sports Hall Corridor 

Primary

For Primary, the Lost and Found is located at the new Primary Reception building.

Parents can access the Primary L&F during the morning and afternoon drop-off and pick-up times:

• Morning : 7:15 am - 8:15 am

• Afternoon (Regular Days) : 1:45 pm - 2:15 pm and 2:45 pm - 3:15 pm

• Afternoon (Tuesdays Only) : 2:15 pm - 2:45 pm

Secondary and Whole School

Note the L&F location has changed this year. 

For Secondary and Whole School areas, the Lost and Found area is located in the Sports Hall Corridor (Ground Floor, adjacent to the Sports Hall)

Open 7.30 am - 04.00 pm on School Days for Students to access. 

Parents who have completed Child Protection training may access the Secondary/ Whole School Lost and Found unaccompanied.
