Summer, finally! The time to bask in the sun, relax with your friends, and go on adventures. But, unfortunately, being a teenager in this day-and-age while having so much free time on your hands, it’s hard not to get sucked into your phone. Although this pastime can sometimes be fun, why let our beautiful town with so much opportunity go to waste? So, compiled here is a bucket list of ideas to keep your summer calendar full. Made for those who may just need a little push in order to get outside and stay productive all summer long. But most importantly, stay safe and try something new. It’s a short summer, so make the most of it. Without further ado, The Bozeman summer bucket list:
🔲 Go to the farmers market at Lindley Park
🔲 See music on Main St.
🔲 Big Sky Country State Fair (held at the fairgrounds July 19-23)
🔲 Make knotted blankets for dogs at Heart of the Valley
🔲 Read a new book (School librarians are always more than happy to help with suggestions)
🔲 Thrift
🔲 Learn a new instrument
🔲 Play volleyball at Bozeman Bbeach
🔲 Watch the sunset on top of the Dinosaur Park Hill (also known as Gallatin County Regional Park)
🔲 Hike Lava Lake and go for a swim
