To enroll your child, you must email the following documentation to Nancy Burbage, Guidance Counselor at firstname.lastname@example.org.
1 - Certified birth certificate (long form)
2- Updated SC Immunization Record
3 - Guardian picture ID (with current residence listed)
4 - Two current DATED proofs of residence
(One proof must be current rental agreement or tax receipt; Other proof of residence may be: Electric Bill, Mortgage Statement, Water Bill or DSS Letter).
***Once all documents have been emailed to Ms. Burbage, she will email you directions to complete the remainder of the enrollment process on line.***
For RETURNING STUDENTS, just click the blue Register Now button above, then click the Returning Student button. This will redirect you to Parent Portal where you will update your child's information. Once you've signed into Parent Portal, locate the link labeled "Forms" on the left side. Five blue hyperlinks will appear - click on each form to update your child's registration data. Make sure you hit "Submit" (right side) at the bottom of each form you complete. Four of the blue hyperlinks will turn green once you have completed the form and one blue hyperlink (first one) will turn yellow once you have completed the form.
We hope that you have logged into the Parent Portal (by clicking the image above). It is an excellent tool that gives you access to your child's grades, attendance history, and more. You can also sign up to receive emailed updates about your child's progress. Before using the Parent Portal, you must pick up your login and password in person from the front office. And bring your ID! The Parent Portal App is now available on Google Play and iTunes.
