AFJROTC Instructors are retired Air Force commissioned and senior noncommissioned officers (SNCOs). The Senior Aerospace Science Instructor (SASI) is a commissioned officer who works alongside the Aerospace Science Instructor (ASI) to provide lessons in the areas of Aerospace Science as well as Leadership Education. They manage and administer the AFJROTC program as prescribed by the U.S. Air Force. Both the SASI and the ASI are certified for their position by the Air Force and are members of the school faculty.
