1. The SASI will select the Cadet Corps Commander and Cadet Deputy Corps Commander.
2. The Cadet Corps Commander and Cadet Deputy Corps Commander will then nominate individual cadets for Command Staff positions.
3. The Cadet Command Staff will then nominate cadets for leadership positions within their squadrons.
4. The SASI and ASI's will review and approve all cadets nominated for the leadership positions.
5. The Cadet Command Staff will announce promotion actions approved by the SASI/ASI.
