Class Overview

We will be using the "SOMOS" Curriculum, storytelling & cultural exploration in class
We will supplement language learning with a program called "Garbanzo" as well as other online reading/practice sites for lessons
The curriculum focuses on "Fluency Matters Comprehension-based™ readers" as well as short novels/stories written for language learners.

About Me

My name is Cheryl Arguelles. I am a mom of 4 (b/g twins and 2 younger girls)! I love culture, music, language and literature. I have a MA degree in Spanish language and literature. I have traveled abroad to Mexico, El Salvador, Colombia and Honduras. I am excited to teach you and share world experiences and culture with you through language.
