The Parent Handbook for 2018-2019 is now available in an electronic version. Please click the link below to access the information in this year's handbook. We will only be printing the handbook upon request.
The handbook is a guide for parents and is a very useful tool to answer a large variety of questions from, “When should my child be at school in the morning?”, to “What do I do if my child is home sick?”. It also includes staff information, food service information and information about expectations and conduct.
You will find that the handbook looks different than in years past. We have made it more user friendly by removing big portions of policy and adding them as live links. To access the policies simply click the link and it will take you directly there. Some of these policies are BRSU wide and pertain to things like harassment, transportation and tobacco use; some are more Mettawee specific like links to our After School Program application.
If you have any questions about this handbook, please do not hesitate to call the school.
