A Letter From The Board

October 19, 2021

We stand together

This past two years we have seen a rise in hate crimes in America. Acts of racism and discrimination are in stark contrast to our values of community building and inclusion as a Club. We echo University President Christina H. Paxon’s statement: “We must continue to demand equity and justice for all people, inclusive of all identities. And we must continue to care for and support each other, especially in this time when we are apart.”

Brown University created a curated list of resources for the Brown community in the Spring of 2020. We also encourage you to explore the work of Brown's Center for the Study of Slavery and Justice and their series of events, "This Is America" as well as explore the work of the Center for the Student of Race and Ethnicity in America and their series Race &.... .
