Each family will get 5 tickets for graduation on Thursday, 6/11. Please plan accordingly. If you need to request handicap seating for a family member, please use the link. Dear Broughton Students/Families,
We would like to clarify how Broughton High School will be reporting mid-year GPA and rank.
Class Rank & GPA
Wake County Public School System and the NC Department of Public Instruction use Infinite Campus, which only calculates class rank and GPA when final grades are entered. As a result, schools with year-long classes like Broughton High School cannot issue a static mid-year GPA and class rank report as they have in the past. GPA updates will only occur upon course completion.
Mid-Year College Reporting
For any college that requires a mid-year report, academic records will be reported in the following ways:
Common App - Counselors will submit a transcript accompanied by a report card that will include the Semester 1 grade (including Q1 and Q2 grades). There is no need for students to email counselors requesting this to be sent. The above statement regarding Class Rank & GPA will be included in the counselor’s CommonApp submission.
Schools that are not on Common App - students will need to submit a request through this Scriborder (https://wcpss.scriborder.com/). Once that request is sent, the BHS Registrar will send a transcript and report card to their university.
Schools that only require students to self-report - students will submit their Semester 1 grades on their own.

Many, many thanks to all the student and parent volunteers who helped tirelessly with QOH. What a HUGE success!!! We hope you heard great things from your students. From the spirit days (rock-paper-scissors contest...so fun!) to the AMAZING performances at the QOH assembly to so many kids still dancing to Sleeping Booty's final song at 11pm, we saw great participation and tons of student excitement. Plus, CAPS for the Community raised a whopping $12,920.26, collected 575 children’s books, and created 60 beautifully designed bookmarks...all for the local organization Read and Feed. This year's fabulous Queen of Hearts was made possible by all of your generous donations and hard-working, helping hands. Again, THANK YOU!! If you haven't already, you'll want to check out the photos!
