Loam does the bookkeeping so that you can focus on the analysis

LoamStream is a genomic analysis stack featuring a high-level language called Loam, compiler and runtime engine. Loam is short for Language for Omics Analysis Management.

Loam allows specifying analysis pipelines on a higher level of abstraction than the files-and-commands approach of most pipeline languages.
