Traditional Tales

The children have enjoyed reading traditional tales from around the globe. We have been retelling many stories with props, learn about the culture they are from, and come up with new versions of these traditional tales by changing the characters or the settings of the story. The children really enjoyed dressing up as the characters, or using puppets, masks or toys to voice the characters in our stories. We have also done a lot of art related to our stories both on small- and large-scale.
