'I have had a most rare vision. I had a dream, past the wit of man to say what dream it was…' For the past three weeks Reception have been travelling through the enchanted forest from A Midsummer Night's Dream, meeting a lot of strange characters along the way! We have listened to the story, spent time getting to know each of the characters and even performed an oral story. Here you can meet the characters from the play and find out what they got up to in the enchanted forest!
During these weeks we have worked very hard to create their own props for the show!
We went on a fairy hunt in Barrier Park to see if we could spot Queen Titania, King Oberon or Puck hiding under a daisy. We also did some bark rubbings to decorate some of our own fairy houses.
At the end of the week Reception put on their own performances of A Midsummer Night's Dream!
