Main Objectives:
Unify work on rare, endangered, & threatened plant species/communities across TX
Enhance cross-organization collaborations to target most urgent research/conservation needs
Facilitate timely seed collection, plant salvage, & seed banking efforts across TX
Integrate research findings & monitoring data into state databases in an efficient manner
Foster research on both public & private lands, while facilitating successful landowner relations
Create resources for cultivation, reintroduction, & restoration of threatened species
Support and train the next generation of Texas-based botanists and plant conservationists

This temporary logo for the new network is meant to convey connectivity across the state centered around a plant-based theme. The logo was designed using Adobe Illustrator.

Texas Silhouette: The outline of the state of Texas forms the background or border of the logo, incorporating recognizable geographical features.
Plant Illustration: Illustration of easily recognizable plant leaf within the Texas silhouette.
Connection Lines: Lines connecting the leaf illustration to points along the edge of the Texas silhouette symbolize the network and collaboration among professionals.
