The Virtual Enterprise class went to LIU on Wednesday to participate in the Long Island Trade fair and business plan presentation. James Fairchild(CEO), Julian Cheng (Accounting), and Zoe Lucas(Human Resource Manager/Banker) presented their business plan and answered questions to judges yesterday. The judges approached the students later on during the trade show and informed the students of how impressed they were with the presentation. Our fourth employee, Olivia Cassone(Marketing) organized, set up, and ran the trade show booth. There were about 2000 students at the trade show.

Teen Leadership Training!!!

After studying the benefits of exercise and healthy eating all week we celebrated with a "parfait cafe". We invited Mrs. Neubauer's class to join us. The students in our class served delicious and nutritious yogurt, granola and fruit parfaits. Jack Cardillo from Mrs. Neubauer's class gives thumbs up in approval.
