Daily schedule

PLEASE NOTE CHANGES TO DROP-OFF AND SCHEDULE FOR ORIENTATION THIS YEAR.

Like many aspects of our school experience, we have had to adjust our plans for student drop off at the beginning of the year. As we look to limit parent time on campus to about an hour, we ask that you adhere to the following guide when dropping your child off this year. Unfortunately, due to density restrictions, parents will not be allowed in the boarding houses.

The day will proceed like this:

  • 9 - 11 am - Parents drop students off at their house (house reveal email will be sent in the morning prior to arrival)

  • Once student and luggage are unloaded parents will park on the school fields

  • Parents then return to the house to meet with Houseparents outside the residence and say goodbye to their child

  • Parents then proceed to the Amphitheatre to meet with Head of School, Mr Patel, and Deputy Heads, Mr Sullivan and Ms Murtland, Chris Spicer and Nurse Decker

  • At this point, parents are asked to head back to their vehicles and head off campus

We thank you for adhering to this time sensitive protocol for dropping your child off.

GRADE 8 FAMILIES PLEASE NOTE - INFORMATION FOR YOUR ORIENTATION CAN BE FOUND ON THE GRADE 8 WEBSITE - https://grade8.brentwood.ca/
