Overview
Welcome!
As a professional development program for non-teachers in Jesuit pre-secondary and secondary schools of the Midwest Province, this opportunity helps extra-instructional professionals develop skills and practices to engage students in a distance setting. We are blessed to bring together over 200 coaches, club moderators, campus ministers, service directors, college persistence/graduate support directors, counselors, college counselors, deans of discipline, student activity directors, CWSP personnel, learning and reading specialists, priests, lay ministers, DEI personnel, athletic directors, adult formation personnel, and other administrators: all those who desire to engage effectively with students virtually and are not otherwise classroom teachers. Anticipating a new normal that requires an increase in student contact in a distance setting, this program will deepen professional effectiveness with an ultimate aim to continue student growth in their religious, mental, social and physical wellness while at home.

“Cared for, our students are challenged. Challenged, they awaken to their real potential. Awakened, they are transformed. Transformed, they are empowered.”
-Joseph M. McShane, SJ, President of Fordham University
