CPI Certification Training and Coaching Support
Please use this form to register for CPI Training offered by Branch ISD. If you have not been CPI certified previously or your certification has expired (certification is good for 2 years), you will require a full day of training.
2025-26 CPI Training Dates
All trainings will be held at the Waldron Learning Center and will run 8:00 am-4:00 pm with a half-hour lunch break.

Emergency Seclusion and Restraint
Use the BISD Incident Report form to report incidents to a supervisor in the event of student interactions that require physical student management or elopement. The letter below should also be sent to notify parents of a physical intervention or seclusion.
Use this Google form to digitally report an instance of elopement, emergency seclusion or emergency restraint to your supervisor. Per law, must be done immediately.
Report the instance to the parent immediately or as soon as possible and then,
You are required to send the Seclusion and Restraint Report (generated by the Google form and sent to the responder- see example below) to the parents within 24 hours.
