All staff members must complete and submit a Grant Request Form prior to applying for any grant from an external grantor. This process ensures proper coordination and compliance with district policies and funding requirements

• The completed request form must be submitted and approved before any application is sent to the grantor.

• Please carefully read and adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in the request form.

The form can also be found on the district's website under Employee Resources. In order to access the form, you will need to use your Branch ISD account.
