California Scholarship Federation (CSF). CSF is a nonprofit organization with a mission to recognize and encourage academic achievement and community service among students in California. It is a nationally-recognized organization, and it can be used for letters of recommendation for college and/or scholarships

Membership Requirements

1.Academics - 3.5 GPA or higher and good citizenship

2.A total of 7 points from 5 classes of your choice, from List 1 (Lists 2, 3 must have more points)

3.$5 membership fee

*CSF Lifetime Members will receive a CSF seal on diploma and be able to purchase a cord for graduation gown

* In order to receive this seal, CSF members must complete four semesters (from 10th -12th grade).

* If you're not sure that you are able to qualify now, remember that there is always next semester!

CSF Points Base on Grade

1. A = 3 Points

2. B = 1 Point

3. C = 0 Points

4. One additional point is granted for AP/Honors class, with maximum 2 points per semester

5. A D or F in any course, even if not counted for CSF, disqualifies the student from membership

6. Remember, a total of at least 7 points are required for the application process
