Ball Handling Workout

PURE SWEAT APP BALL HANDLING WORKOUT

Go to your Pure Sweat App on you phone or ipad.

-Click "Create Workout"

-Then check on "QUICK 15 MIN WORKOUT" and click "NEXT"

-Then set a difficulty level of "HIGH SCHOOL" or "COLLEGE OR PRO" and click "NEXT"

-Click either "YES" or "NO" depending on if you have or don't have a partner. Then click "NEXT"

-Then select "BALL HANDLING" as a skill to focus on and then click on "BUILD WORKOUT"

-Then follow the on screen instruction. It might be helpful to have volume turned all the way up or to workout with either head phones or Air Pods on.
