MOTIVATION

Ball Handling Workout

Watch the instructor in the video while doing the ball handling drills. This should take you 10 minutes to complete the seriers of ball handling drills.

GO BACK AND DO THIS ONE MORE TIME FOR A TOTAL OF A 20 MIN BALL HANDLING WORKOUT.


It will be easier to watch the video and listen to the instructor while you are doing the workout.



Shooting Workout

FOOT WORK SHOOTING DRILL

PHASE 1-Execute a 1-2 step from 18 feet out 3 times then take a shot in front of the rim.

-Then 1-2 step 2 times from 18 feet out then take a shot.

-Then 1-2 step 1 time from 18 feet then take a shot.

PHASE 2 - Execute a Hop Step from 18 feet out 3 times then take a shot in front of the rim.

-Then Hop step 2 times from 18 feet out then take a shot.

-Then Hop step 1 time from 18 feet then take a shot.

PHASE 3 - From top of the key 1-2 diagonal step to the right then 1-2 diagonal step to the left then a 1-2 diagonal step to the right then take a shot in front of the rim.

-Then from the top of the key Diagonal Stagger 1-2 step to the right then diagonal 1-2 step to the left then take a shot.

-Then Stagger 1-2 step 1 time from starting from top of key then take a shot.

-PHASE 4 - From the top of the key. 3 diagonal hop steps. Diagonal hop to right, then diagonal hop to left, then diagonal hop to right and take the shot.

-Then from top of key. 2 diagonal hop steps. Diagonal hop to right, diagonal hop to left then shot.

-Then from top of key. 1 diagonal hop step to the right and take the shot.

STEP IN SHOOTING (video will help with footwork)

-Step 1: Form Shooting for 1 minute to start

-Step 2: Baseline to baseline shooting. 15 shots from each baseline about 15 feet out. Total of 30 shots.

-Shoot 2 Free Throws when done shooting 30 baseline shots.

-Step 3: Right wing to left wing shooting. 15 shots from each baseline about 15 feet out. Total of 30 shots.

-Shoot 2 Free Throws when done shooting 30 wing to wing shots.

-Step 4: Top of key 15 3-pt shots. 30 Wing to wing 3-pt shots (15 each from each wing)

-Shoot 2 Free Throws when done shooting 3-pt shots.
