FOR DAY 2 OF THE VIRTUAL CAMP YOU WILL NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE PURE SWEAT APP ON YOUR PHONE.

Ball Handling Workout

PURE SWEAT APP BALL HANDLING WORKOUT

Go to your Pure Sweat App on you phone or ipad.

-Click "Create Workout"

-Then check on "30 MIN" and click "NEXT"

-Then set a difficulty level of "HIGH SCHOOL" and click "NEXT"

-Click either "YES" or "NO" depending on if you have or don't have a partner. Then click "NEXT"

-Then select "BALL HANDLING" as a skill to focus on and then click on "BUILD WORKOUT"

-Then follow the on screen instruction. It might be helpful to have volume turned all the way up or to workout with either head phones or Air Pods on.

Shooting Workout

Go to your Pure Sweat App on you phone or ipad.

-Click "Create Workout"

-Then check on "30 MIN" and click "NEXT"

-Then set a difficulty level of "HIGH SCHOOL" and click "NEXT"

-Then select "GAME SHOTS PERIMETER" as a skill to focus on and then click on "BUILD WORKOUT"

-Then follow the on screen instruction. It might be helpful to have volume turned all the way up or to workout with either head phones or Air Pods on.
