Ball Handling Workout

Watch the video first before you begin. Keep in mind you will do 2 rounds of 10 different drills for the ball handling workout.

ROUND 1. 30 seconds for each drill with a 10 second break.

  1. In & Out Pound for 30 seconds, then switch sides. Total 1 minute

  2. Double Cross Pound for 30 seconds then switch sides. Total 1 minute.

  3. In & Out Through the Legs for 30 seconds then switch sides. Total of 1 minute.

  4. Through the Legs & Behind the Back for 30 seconds then switch sides. Total of 1 minute.

  5. In & Out, Through the Legs, Behind the Back for 30 seconds then switch sides. Total of 1 minute.

  6. Crossover, Through the Lege, Dehind the Back for 30 seconds then switch sides. Total of 1 minute.

Round 2

same exercises for 20 seconds with a 10 second break

Shooting Workout

Today's Shooting will be a total of 245 Shots taken...If you don't have a partner you can self toss to your self and step in and shoot.

RIGHT BASELINE

-15 Shots from Right Baseline from 15 ft

-15 Shots from Right Baseline from 3 pt

-15 Shots lining up at Right Baseline 3 and shot fake and pull up jump shot after taking one dribble. Alternate going to your right with one dribble and going to your left with one dribble.

RIGHT WING

-15 Shots from Right Wing from 15 ft

-15 Shots from Right Wing from 3 pt

-15 Shots lining up at Right Wing 3 and shot fake and pull up jump shot after taking one dribble. Alternate going to your right with one dribble and going to your left with one dribble.
