New Student Enrollment Requirements

In addition to the above required documents, parent/legal guardian must provide the following upon enrollment: 

• Proof of Address (in your name) i.e. utility bill

• Driver's License/ID

• Custody or guardianship records (if applicable)

New student enrollments are accepted at the building in which you are enrolling your student.
