BPS Student At Home Health Checklist
All students are expected to engage with their teachers in learning Monday – Friday each week in a mix of synchronous and asynchronous learning. Families should expect their child(ren) to participate in a full day of learning.
Synchronous learning: Students and teachers learn and work together at the same time either in person at school, or on a live zoom session.
Asynchronous learning: Students are completing work on their own, without the teacher present (like homework or independent work). The student receives feedback after turning in the assignment or completing a session.
During both in person or remote, some synchronous learning will occur on all days, with a set schedule provided to students.
