This guide will assist you in connecting to network printers that have been configured on PrintServer01. If your printer is not listed on PrintServer01, submit a service ticket requesting permission to it. Your site Teamtech will request new printer installations.

Double-click on the Computer or This PC icon on the Desktop or Start Menu.

At the bottom of the My Computer window, find the Installs folder and Double-Click it.

Scroll to the bottom and find the “Printers - PrintServer01 (folder)” link. Double-click it.

Scroll through the list of printers to find the desired printer and Right-Click it and select Connect... from the context menu.

It will ask if you want to add the printer connection to the desired printer. Click the Yes button.

Wait while the printer installs the driver.

Once the printer installs, the Printer Status window will open. You may close all windows and begin printing..

If your printer doesn’t install, gives any kind of error message, or prints out gibberish/blank pages when printing, please submit a service ticket or let your Team Tech know.
