Hello there and welcome to my site!
I am happy to be working with you or your student this year in 8th grade. I am returning this school year after a year long sabbatical in which I obtained my masters degree in Educational Leadership from the University Louisiana Monroe. This year marks my sixth year at HMS and my eighth year teaching. During my years at Haughton Middle I have had the opportunity to work with students in all grade levels in both the co-teaching and inclusion settings. Although this school year will be unique, it is my goal to help all students find success while gaining the tools to adequately prepare them for their high school careers.

About Mrs. Moore
I was born and raised in North Dakota, but have lived in Haughton since marrying my husband, Roy, seven years ago. In that time we have gained two dogs, Chic and Ava and two children, Cypress and Aaron. Cypress, our daughter, recently turned four. She loves to giggle, pretend play, and going to her Grandma's house. Aaron, our son, will be two in February and he loves to run, feed himself, and copying his big sissy.
My favorite time spent is that with my family. :)
