Some of us use paper calendars, and some of us use our watch/phone to help us remember tasks and activities. What do you use to keep track of your tasks?
Manage Your SLEEP Time!
Spending so much time on our phones keeps us from regulating our sleep schedule. We aren't rested and go to work/school with less energy. Lack of sleep can make it difficult for your body to regulate your emotions.
Make sure you go to bed early enough that you get 8-10 hours of sleep a night!
