Making Healthy Choices:
Say No to Alcohol!
Say No to Alcohol!
Making healthy choices is important to help our bodies develop. While the brain is developing, putting harmful things in our system can make us not form healthy brain tissue, strong muscles, and healthy skin.
During your teen years, your body is already going through many adjustments. You may struggle with acne, oily skin, emotions that are hard to control, and many other unpredictable changes. Making healthy choices to stay away from drugs, alcohol, and unhealthy habits will make it easier to deal with your changing body!
