Welcome to Family and School Together Resources!
Aspire Kids funds BOMUSD's Request making it a great way to donate to a non-profit that supports the Divide!
Have You Visited the Black Oak Mine Community Resource Center?
All year-round clothing, blankets, toiletries, and food items are available to families on the Divide! We are located on Lower Campus at Golden Sierra and Georgetown Elementary. All school sites of access to supplies from the Community Resource Centers and allow families to pick up at the closest location.
The center is well-stocked due to a variety of generous donors: community members as well as monthly support from the Divide Women’s Club, WIFF's, ASPIREKids, Hands 4 Hope, Rotary Club, HUBS, Food Banks, local businesses, churches, and others who want to help their fellow Divide neighbors.
This project is overseen by the school district’s Family and Schools Together (FAST) Coordinator Bridget Isham. Access to the resource center is as easy as a text/call to 530-334-3305 or emailing bisham@bomusd.org. The center is open during school hours or by appointment Monday-Friday.
