We’re increasing pricing!

Dear Driver,

Good News! We’ve heard your calls for us to review pricing. We’re happy to announce that due to the increasing fuel prices and market dynamics we’re increasing pricing from today 18 March 2022, across all ride types. 

We are sharing the pricing components that have changed to ensure transparency and to make sure drivers are aware of how much they will earn. Prices will change as per below:

The biggest increases are on the minimum fares and start rates, which means that your earnings will increase on even the shortest trips. 

We have also increased the cancellation rates so that you are compensated more if a passenger cancels a trip. 

We want to make sure that you can earn a good income, and that our pricing is still appealing to passengers so that more people use the app to connect with you.
