OFFTHEFIELD is progress and people driven. Each minute, each rep, each practice we are constantly focusing on the physical and mental growth of our athletes. As an organization we have helped over 300 athletes earn college scholarships for their sport. This winter each athlete can expect to improve their acceleration, top speed, endurance, and knowledge of how movements should be performed in a safe, effective manner.

Your coach this year (Dylan Watts)-

In just over 3 years as a coach Dylan has helped over 40 high school athletes receive D1 scholarship offers & multiple Gatorade Player of the Year awards. Dylan specializes in injury prevention & performance training for soccer players. Graduated Cum Laude with a degree in exercise science and health from the University of Idaho.

Athletic Background:

University of Idaho Track & Field Athlete- 2x Conference Champion in the Mens Pole Vault.

Team captain senior year.

Start Date- Week of December 10th

Programs run from the week of December 10th – February 8th

Registration deadline- November 30th

All training sessions are an hour long

U13/U14 ECNL – 6:30-7:30 Monday & Wednesday

U13/U14 Red – 7:30-8:30 Tuesday & Thursday

U15 (All) – 4:30-5:30 Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

U16 (ECNL) – 5:30-6:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

U16, U17, U18/19 (Red) – Monday 7:30, Wednesday 5:30, Friday 3:30

*If these girls are a few minutes late on Friday that’s okay

U17, U18/19 (ECNL) – 3:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

*Also, it’s okay if these girls are a few minutes late

Athletes need to register by November 30th.

All registration can be done online by following the instructions below.

1.Create an OTF account online at (The Link is Case sensitive)

2.Go to the Online Store tab and select "Services".

3. Click "Select item" and select your team.

3.Select and add the available payment option and check out.

All U13 & U14 girls - $140 for the 9-week program (2x/week)

All other age groups - $180 for the 9-week program (3x/week)

We will offer training over Xmas & New Year’s break (Schedule to come)
