Hello!

My Name is Mrs. Krumm and I am proud to be Cynthia Mann's School Counselor. I am so excited to be part of our incredible community! I began school counseling in the Boise School District at Horizon Elementary in 2020 before moving to Cynthia Mann in 2022. Prior to working in the schools, I provided counseling services in the community from 2011-2020. I am a huge Boise State Broncos fan and attended BSU for my undergraduate degree and Northwest Nazarene University for my Master of Science in Counseling. I attained my Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) License a few years after graduating from NNU. Besides loving to work with students and their families, I am a busy mom of three energetic boys. Cuddling with my family and cat bring me joy. Spending time hiking with friends, camping, paddleboarding, and traveling when I can, fills my cup.

As a School Counselor I am available to help students and their families by addressing concerns that might be complicated, overwhelming, and stressful. My hope is that students can attend each day healthy and ready to focus on learning, relationship building and healthy activities. Fostering strong community connections is important to me, knowing we all thrive when we have strong support systems in place. I work closely with our students, parents, teachers, school principal, school social worker, school nurse, school behavior support specialist and school psychologist.

I teach lessons in all classrooms on a regular basis. These lessons follow the Boise School District counseling curriculum. Additionally, I am available to help students with problem solving and skill building, both individually and in small groups. If your child has a particular need, please reach out to me. I can also help provide referrals for many community resources.

Fostering community (school, home, community partners) is of utmost importance to student success
Parents/Guardian's know their students best, making them an important part of their child's learning team
