Clay-Battelle Graduates prior to the Class of 2017 AND Non-Graduate students may request a Transcript by emailing Monette Ammons at email@example.com or calling the school at 304-432-8208. All requests take 5-7 business days for processing and require a state issued photo ID. Requests received over the summer months must be requested via the phone number above.
Class of 2018 Graduates may request transcripts through Parchment by clicking on this link: https://www.parchment.com/ ACT and/or SAT scores are NOT sent with this transcript. They must be requested directly from ACT or SAT.
CURRENT SENIORS: Order Transcripts
Clay Battelle High School has partnered with Parchment to order and send SENIOR transcript and other credentials securely. This link can only be used by current SENIORS at Clay-Battelle. Transcript Requests will be processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. ACT and/or SAT scores are NOT sent with this transcript. When registering for the ACT and/or SAT, utilize their free score reporting. Your ACT and/or SAT scores may need to be requested directly from ACT and/or SAT.

A Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Completion Workshop is scheduled for October 22, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm for seniors and their parents at Clay-Battelle High School. Students will need to bring their chromebooks.
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) deadline for most colleges is March 1, 2019. To apply, go to: www.fafsa.ed.gov

Get to know me!
Hello, my name is Ms. Meredith Murdock, your new school counselor! This is my 1st year as a professional school counselor and I could not be more excited to experience it with all of you! I was born and raised in Morgantown, West Virginia, and got my master's in School Counseling at WVU. Some of my favorite things are traveling, reading, eating pizza & ice cream, and learning new things. I love my job and the opportunity it provides to work with all students, families, and teachers each day!
I am here to help you with:

- Managing your feelings

Referrals for outside services are available for children and families who would like additional support. I also provide:
- Classroom guidance lessons

- Small groups
