About the Instructor
Lakshmi has been in the practice of Body & Brain for over 10 years, having studied Ki energy and DahnMuDo TaiChi in Sedona, South Korea, and New Zealand. She holds a black belt in DahnMuDo. Lakshmi specializes in good circulation, balance, concentration, joint health, meditative movement, and more.
Register for Outdoor Taichi Class (Applies to Non-Members Only)
* Can be purchased only once. After the 1st class, if you'd like to continue taking classes, the option is a class card or a regular membership at Body & Brain.
Please wear loose, comfortable exercise clothing. The class session will be 75 minutes and end with a short sharing. No yoga mat is required and please feel free to bring your water bottles to hydrate yourself.
If you are sick with COVID-19, have symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19, it is important to stay home and away from other people until it is safe to be around others.
Weather: there is a covered space on the site, that we use in case of rain. If weather is extremely inclement we would announce in advance and let you use the credit after.
