Magnolia Healing Arts Collaborative offers limited private session space for approved practitioners whose work supports healing, personal growth, self-awareness, wellbeing, and meaningful change.
This pathway may be suitable for coaching, Reiki, energy work, somatic practices, private breathwork, hypnosis, bodywork, facial massage, spiritual support, meditation guidance, and other approved one-on-one offerings.
Private session space is available by appointment and must be scheduled around the existing Body & Brain Magnolia calendar.
Approved practitioners may reserve a private room for one-on-one appointments.
The room includes basic furniture, and a massage table is available when requested and available. Practitioners using the massage table must provide their own clean sheets, face-cradle coverings, blankets, towels, and any other linens required for the session.
Used linens must be removed from Magnolia immediately after the appointment and taken home by the practitioner for laundering. Magnolia does not provide laundry service or storage for used linens.
Practitioners are also responsible for bringing any specialized equipment, tools, oils, supplies, or materials required for their sessions.
All offerings and room setups must be approved in advance.
The room-use fee is based on the total reservation time, including practitioner arrival, setup, welcoming the client, the session itself, client departure, cleanup, and restoration of the room.
Suitable for a client session of up to approximately 60 minutes.
Suitable for a client session of up to approximately 90 minutes.
Suitable for a client session of up to approximately 2 hours.
These suggested session lengths allow approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled client session for practitioner arrival and setup, and approximately 15 minutes afterward for client departure, cleanup, and restoration of the room.
The full reservation period must include:
Practitioner arrival and setup
Meeting and welcoming the client
The complete client session
Client departure
Cleanup and restoration of the room
Practitioners must not schedule the client for the entire reservation period. All setup, client departure, cleanup, and room restoration must be completed before the reservation ends.
Payment of the full room-use fee is required to confirm the reservation.
A requested time is not considered booked until payment has been received and Magnolia has confirmed the reservation.
Practitioners should not schedule or promise an appointment time to a client until the room booking has been confirmed.
Any cancellation or rescheduling terms will be communicated before the reservation is finalized.
Practitioners must arrive with enough time to complete their setup before the client’s scheduled start time and be fully prepared to welcome them when they arrive.
Clients should not be left waiting without the practitioner present, and Magnolia staff should not be expected to receive, supervise, or begin an appointment on the practitioner’s behalf.
The practitioner must remain onsite until the client has left the building.
Practitioners may not finish their work and leave while their client remains onsite.
Each practitioner is responsible for managing the client’s arrival, session experience, and departure in a professional and timely manner.
The room must be left in the exact condition in which it was found.
Before leaving, practitioners are responsible for:
Removing all personal tools, supplies, trash, and belongings
Removing all used sheets, towels, blankets, face-cradle covers, and other linens from the premises
Returning furniture and room items to their original positions
Wiping down and restoring the massage table after use
Cleaning any surfaces or equipment used
Removing any oils, powders, wax, liquids, food, drink, or other residue
Checking the floor and surrounding area
Turning off any approved equipment used
Reporting any spill, damage, breakage, or maintenance concern immediately
Used linens may not be left in the room, in shared areas, or elsewhere at Magnolia.
Practitioners may not leave equipment or supplies in the room unless storage has been specifically approved in writing.
Setup and cleanup must be completed within the reserved time. Additional time may result in an extra room-use charge and may affect approval of future bookings.
Practitioners who remain in the room beyond the confirmed reservation time may be charged for additional room use.

Submitting information does not guarantee approval, bookings, referrals, income, or ongoing access to the space.
Our initial Founding Partner group is now taking shape, and additional private-session opportunities will be considered gradually as the collaborative develops.
