Magnolia Healing Arts Collaborative welcomes experienced readers and intuitive practitioners whose work supports reflection, self-awareness, spiritual exploration, personal growth, and empowered choice.
This pathway may be a good fit for Tarot, oracle cards, Human Design, runes, intuitive guidance, angel cards, pendulum work, spiritual reflection, and other reading-based practices that are responsibly and thoughtfully offered.
Readings at Magnolia are intended to help clients explore questions, themes, patterns, and possibilities. They should not be presented as fixed predictions or guarantees about the future.
Approved readers may offer sessions in a designated quiet reading space or, when appropriate and available, a private room.
The space may include a table, chairs, and a calm setting suitable for private conversation. The exact location will depend on the type and length of the reading, the level of privacy needed, and the studio schedule.
Reading arrangements are structured differently from standard private-room use because Magnolia may also provide booking support, payment collection, client communication, visibility, and access to our established community.
For most readings booked, promoted, or paid through Magnolia, the standard arrangement is:
80% to the Reader
20% to Magnolia Healing Arts Collaborative
The revenue share is calculated from the income actually collected for completed readings. Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and complimentary sessions are not included.
Magnolia’s share helps support the reading space, payment processing, basic administration, customer communication, visibility, and access to the Magnolia community.
Different arrangements may be discussed when a reading requires a private room, unusual setup, extended time, additional staffing, special promotion, or another operating structure.
All financial arrangements will be confirmed before readings are promoted or booking begins.
Depending on the agreed arrangement, Magnolia may provide:
An approved quiet reading space
Table and chairs
Basic room preparation, when applicable
Basic visibility within the center
Booking or scheduling support
Payment collection
Check-in assistance
Promotion through selected Magnolia channels
Access to our established community
General oversight to support a professional and welcoming experience
Promotional support may vary depending on timing, audience fit, available space, and Magnolia’s overall marketing schedule. Promotion does not guarantee a specific number of bookings or clients.
Readers are expected to:
Arrive on time and remain within the agreed session length
Bring any cards, tools, charts, cloths, or materials needed
Maintain respectful, professional, and ethical boundaries
Protect client confidentiality
Avoid fear-based language, absolute predictions, or guaranteed outcomes
Encourage personal responsibility and empowered choice
Work within the scope of their training and experience
Leave the reading area clean and ready for the next person
Follow any Magnolia procedures for scheduling, payments, waivers, or client communication
Provide proof of appropriate insurance when required for the type of offering
Respect the agreed boundaries around client follow-up and contact information
Magnolia may request information about training, experience, professional guidelines, insurance, or the structure of a reading before approval.
Client contact information collected through Magnolia is maintained by Magnolia.
Readers may invite clients to share their contact information directly through a voluntary sign-up process. Readers may not add clients to a mailing list, text list, or marketing platform unless the client clearly chooses to sign up.
Readers may share approved business cards, websites, social media details, or follow-up information with clients.
Readings are offered for reflection, personal insight, spiritual guidance, self-awareness, and personal growth.
They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
Readers should not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, advise clients to disregard professional care, or present intuitive or spiritual guidance as guaranteed fact.
When appropriate, readers should encourage clients to seek support from a qualified professional.
All readers and offerings must be approved before sessions are advertised or booked through Magnolia.
Approval may consider:
Experience, training, and professional approach
Type, length, and pricing of the reading
Privacy, space, and scheduling needs
Audience fit and alignment with the collaborative
Insurance or documentation requirements
Magnolia may approve, decline, postpone, or request changes to a proposed offering to ensure it is clear, safe, sustainable, and appropriate for the space and community.
Submitting information does not guarantee approval, bookings, referrals, income, or ongoing placement.
Our first Founding Partner group is now taking shape, and new reading opportunities will be considered gradually as the collaborative develops.
If you offer Tarot, oracle, Human Design, intuitive guidance, rune readings, spiritual reflection, or another aligned reading practice, you are welcome to introduce yourself for future consideration.
