By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
GoPlay is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.
By using the App, you confirm that:

Subject to these Terms, Boby AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Use the App for unlawful purposes
Exploit the App commercially without written permission
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Boby AI.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be responsible for all activity under your account
You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person.

GoPlay includes AI-generated conversations, characters, gameplay interactions, and media content.
By using the App, you acknowledge that:
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or unexpected content
AI characters are fictional and do not represent real individuals
Conversations are generated automatically by artificial intelligence systems
AI-generated content is provided for entertainment purposes only
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses or content.
You may upload or share content through the App, including profile photos, usernames, messages, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
However, by submitting content through the App, you grant Boby AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, store, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the App.
You agree not to upload or share content that:
Is illegal, abusive, threatening, or defamatory
Violates intellectual property or privacy rights
Contains malware or harmful code
Exploits or harms minors
Contains explicit unlawful material
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The App may include virtual items, credits, coins, subscriptions, or premium features.
You acknowledge that:
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
Purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law
Subscription billing is handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
You may manage subscriptions through your device account settings.
Boby AI reserves the right to modify or discontinue virtual items or premium features at any time.
You agree not to:
Use automated systems or bots to access the App
Interfere with App security or functionality
Attempt unauthorized access to servers or systems
Harass, abuse, or impersonate others
Use the App for fraudulent or illegal activities
Circumvent restrictions or safety measures
Use the App in a way that could harm the platform or other users
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
The App may integrate or contain links to third-party services including analytics, payment providers, and AI technologies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or their privacy practices.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, AI characters, and other materials within the App are owned by Boby AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any App content without prior written consent.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOBY AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
AVAILABILITY OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOBY AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
YOUR USE OF THE APP
AI-GENERATED CONTENT
LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS
SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APP DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms or applicable laws.
You may stop using the App at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Türkiye.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If material changes are made, we will notify users through the App or other appropriate methods.
Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
