For Sushi:

Seaweed

*Cooked sushi rice (or short grain rice, brown rice is a good alternative)

(rice vinegar and sugar to prep the rice for sushi rolls)

veggies for filling (cucumbers, carrots, peppers, avocado, radishes etc.)

soy sauce for dipping


For Lettuce "sushi" wraps:

large lettuce leaves

cheese or cream cheese

veggies for filling (cucumbers, carrots, peppers, avocado, radishes etc.)

sandwich meat for filling (optional)


*if you can't cook rice before, we can cook it together but best to come with it cooked and ready to assemble
